Sichuan cuisine II

The food of Sichuan, in the Eastern end of the Tibetan plateau has been a major contributor to the menus of countless Chinese restaurants around the world. In these demonstrations we’ll share some of these recipes with you and we won’t skimp on spiciness!

In this cooking show you will learn how to cook these dishes:

  • Won ton with spicy sauce
  • Crispy twice cooked pork belly with Chinese leek

Our cookery demonstrations give you the chance to learn how to prepare at home some of our most representative dishes. After the demonstration you’ll be able to enjoy these and other dishes with your classmates and the chef. It’s a great course to enjoy on your own or in company as the informal atmosphere encourages the making of new friendships. And don’t worry about the language issues. Though the classes are in Spanish, Steve hasn’t forgotten his English and will happily translate so that you’re able to follow the procedures.

The demonstration lasts for about an hour and is followed by an aperitif and dinner with wine, all included in the price.
