Asian classics to make at home


In this course we will teach you a selection of classic Asian cuisine recipes. You will learn to cook them to prepare them at home:

  • Banh Xeo. A Vietnamese crepe with prawns. Both crunchy and fresh, an explosion of flavours.
  • Pork and shrimp gyozas. Easy to make at home, and a delight for the whole family.
  • Chicken tikka masala. To lick your fingers and a starting point for a long after-dinner discussion on the meaning of decolonial food.
  • Chai panna cotta. East meets west.
