Who is responsible for the processing of your data?
MA KHIN MARKETS SL is the DATA CONTROLLER for the processing of the personal data of the USER and informs the user that the data shall be treated in compliance with the stipulations of EU Regulation 2016/679, dated 27 April (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, dated 5 December (LOPDGDD).
What do we use your personal data for?
To maintain a business relationship with the user. The operations stipulated for processing data are:
- Sending marketing communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other digital or physical means, currently available or available in the future that makes it possible to send marketing communications. This communication will be sent by the DATA CONTROLLER and will be related to their products and services or those of their collaborators or suppliers with whom they have entered into a promotion agreement. Why can we process your personal data?
Because processing personal data is legitimized by Article 6 of GDPR in the following form:
- With the consent of the USER: sending marketing communications and newsletters.
- In the legitimate interests of the DATA CONTROLLER: undertaking market research, statistical analysis, etc. and to process orders, requests, etc. by the USER.
How long do we keep your personal data?
The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, and according to the legal basis for the processing of the data in accordance with legal obligations, as well as to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise, and when it is no longer necessary for this purpose, the data shall be destroyed or rendered anonymous.
Who do we give your personal data to?
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties, except in such cases when it is necessary for the development and execution of the purposes for which it is being processed, to our suppliers of services related with communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality agreements for the processing stipulated by existing privacy legislation.
What are your rights?
The USER rights are as follows:
- The right to withdraw his or her consent at any time.
- The right to access, rectify, portability and erasure of data, to restrict or object to the processing of data.
- The right to present a reclamation to the controlling body (www.aepd.es) if the user believes that the data has not been processed in accordance with stipulated regulations.

- MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
The USERS, by marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary to meet your request, by the provider, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is true and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all the data requested through the website are mandatory, since they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. In the event that all the data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely adjusted to your needs.
- SECURITY MEASURES
That in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the treatment of personal data of its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in the article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are treated in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and adequate, pertinent and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are treated.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
