Ma Khin Café serves what we have called “DECOLONIAL FOOD”. Our appreciation and respect for the wealth of different culinary traditions is coupled with a mission to encourage the exchange of cultures.

Starting out from locally-sourced produce, we adapt and transform dishes from other parts of the planet. We borrow ingredients and culinary practices from faraway peoples and places in order to inspire, renew and reinterpret local recipes.
