Mohinga is Burma’s national dish: noodles in a rich fish broth encapsulate the essential flavours of Burmese food. In this demonstration Steve shares his favourite recipe for mohinga learnt on a recent trip to Yangon.

In this cooking show you will learn how to cook these dishes:

  • Mohinga
  • Burmese ginger salad

Our cookery demonstrations give you the chance to learn how to prepare at home some of our most representative dishes. After the demonstration you’ll be able to enjoy these and other dishes with your classmates and the chef. It’s a great course to enjoy on your own or in company as the informal atmosphere encourages the making of new friendships. And don’t worry about the language issues. Though the classes are in Spanish, Steve hasn’t forgotten his English and will happily translate so that you’re able to follow the procedures.

The demonstration lasts for about an hour and is followed by an aperitif and dinner with wine, all included in the price.
