After the demonstration you’ll be able to enjoy these and other dishes with your classmates and the chef. Though the classes are in Spanish, Steve hasn’t forgotten his English and will happily translate so that you’re able to follow the procedures.

The demonstration lasts for about an hour and is followed by an aperitif and dinner with wine, all included in the price.
