- Gastrónoma 2023: This coming 13 November at the Diputación de Valencia booth
Don’t miss Steve Anderson’s exciting cooking demo at Gastrónoma 2023 this coming 13 November at the booth of the Diputación de Valencia! Steve will be taking us on a culinary trip with his Decolonial Food philosophy and his evolution from the iconic Seu Xerea to Ma Khin Café.
Steve Anderson, a pioneer in international fusion cooking in Valencia, will be showing us how he combines traditional recipes and dishes from southeast Asia with typical locally-sourced Mediterranean ingredients in his current menu. It will be a unique experience full of tastes and experiences. In addition, he will be presenting videos of the gastronomic experiences that inspired him on his latest trip to Burma (present-day Myanmar) just before the military coup.

Remember that Gastrónoma is the most important gastronomy fair in the Mediterranean, to be held from 12 to 14 November at Feria de Valencia. Spread over an area of 20,000 square metres dedicated exclusively to food and hospitality, the event promises to be an unforgettable experience full of exhibitions, lectures, chats and tastings.
