This week at Ma Khin, we have started the celebration of our tenth anniversary with a very special proposal. For ten consecutive weeks, we will be offering five exclusive menus, designed to honor some of the most iconic dishes in the restaurant’s history.
These menus will be available for lunch service and will change every fortnight, presenting a combination of three starters to share, a main course to choose from and a dessert
For us, this is a unique opportunity to revisit some of the dishes that have marked us the most, and also a way for you, our guest, to get to know the roots of Ma Khin, from the first dishes to the most recent innovations

- Som Tam Plum Salad: A typical Thai recipe, traditionally made with green papaya.
- Broccoli and Feta Salad: A dish that has stood the test of time, becoming a favorite among many customers.
- Carrots with Homemade Kimchi and Salted Bonito: A perfect fusion of local ingredients and cooking techniques from far-off places.
- Chicken Croquette with Lime Mayonnaise: A reimagined classic with coconut milk béchamel and red curry, adding a hint of spice.
- Sichuan Cauliflower with Valencian Cacaos: A dish that combines the Sichuan technique with cacao, a symbol of Valencia.
